The Design Process
We start with a consultation meeting to learn about you and your site. There is no charge for this initial meeting.
If design services are desired, a contract will be signed. From the Seed will take detailed measurements of your property to create a site plan.
We'll work with you to create and finalize a 2D and 3D site plan that addresses your tastes and needs.
Installation Process
The designed site plan may be broken down into phases and From the Seed will provide an estimate for the work to be completed.
Once the installation estimate is accepted, removal of unwanted landscape elements will begin.
If there is hardscape (patio, retaining or border walls, planters, etc.) to be installed, they will be completed.
Desired plants and other garden elements will be installed.
Final touches, such as mulch, irrigation, and decorative elements, will complete your new space!
Maintenance
This may include any of the following, as well as requirements unique to your property.
Garden care: Soil amendments such as fertilizer or nutrients, mulching, weeding, pruning, edging, cultivating, transplanting and dividing plants.
Hardscape: Sweeping, hosing down, adding sand or fillers, and/or resetting stones, if needed.
Irrigation: Setting up hose systems, sprinkler systems, service systems, and vacation watering.
